TRAINING PLANNING

A training plan you can inspect and change.

Plan a week by sport, duration, distance, and purpose, then keep every adjustment visible and under athlete control.

Current statusResponsive Day, Week, Month, and Year planning plus real-data progress views are connected to the production API for controlled closed-beta validation. Temporary Garmin activity import is available to approved athletes; official API access and workout publication remain pending.

01

Build the week around a real target

A useful training plan says more than which workout happens today. Pitwall provides a 24-hour Day timeline, Week, continuous Month, and dated Year views, with per-sport totals for each period. The layout remains usable from a narrow phone to a larger desktop.

Each planned session can carry a local start time, sport, duration, distance, pace, and training purpose. When no start time is supplied, Pitwall places it at midday. Stored instants remain timezone-safe while the athlete sees local time.

02

Treat the plan as a decision, not a command

Training changes. Work, sleep, weather, illness, travel, and the result of an earlier session can all make the original week less useful. Pitwall is intended to preserve both the old target and the new choice so an adjustment remains understandable.

  • Review a proposed change before accepting it.
  • Keep rest and recovery visible instead of counting only completed volume.
  • Record a missed reason and optional note without treating the day as completed.
03

Keep advice within its boundary

Pitwall is a training sidecar, not medical care and not an autonomous coach. It can organize athlete-owned information and prepare explanations, but it cannot know every factor that should shape a safe training decision.

Pain, illness, medication, pregnancy, recovery after injury, and other health questions belong with an appropriate qualified professional. The product should make uncertainty visible rather than disguise it as precision.
